Accelerated Growth Consultations
This is your opportunity to access outside perspective and unlock yourself, when unsure about which direction to take.
You might have found yourself thinking at least one of these recently:
"Where do I start? I'm not sure who to offer this to."
"How do I find my audience? Do I focus on getting more followers on X or LinkedIn and sell it to them?"
"People come to my website but they're not buying. Is my product bad? Is it the wrong audience? Should I lower the price? Perhaps I should kill the project."
"I want to start running Ads but it's scary. How do I make sure I'm not losing money? I'm overwhelmed just by thinking about it."
"I've made couple of sales through my website but I don't think it's performing well. Should I add a popup with discount? Maybe it's the copy. I need to figure this out."
"My rankings on Google keep fluctuating. I'm getting some clicks but have no idea how to make sense of it. How do I make SEO work for my product?"
"What's a funnel? Do I need it for my product? I'm just confused how to set them up to increase sales."
"I'm looking at my analytics, and I secretly have no idea what really is going on."
If you have, this might be the offer for you to finally bring clarity to your entrepreneurial journey.
Secure your spot today, as it's likely a limited run while I have the energy and time to guide some people through their journey.
The main areas I can help with:
Problem solving
By nature I've always focused on problem solving. Questioning the existing nature of things, and instead of aiming to just improve the existing thing, I try to find a path to something even greater. There is always more to improve. If you're looking for a potential 'pivot', I might be able to help.
Marketing
I've helped countless clients in ecommerce to change the frame of mind. Instead of going into it blindly and firing a shotgun into the fog, think about your ideal customer persona, where to find them, how to address them, what to offer to them. Now the fog clears out, and you have a target locked in sight.
SEO
My problem solving ability shines brightly in an uncertain and multi-faceted environment that is SEO. Auditing SEO for problem areas and potential quick-wins, resolving technical SEO problems, performing keyword research and preparing a content structure and plans to execute for websites has been an integral part of my everyday work. Leading up to 50-100% increase in (valuable!) organic traffic even for well established ecommerce websites in less than a year.
For starters - your gains might have couple extra zeros at the end.
Not all traffic matters - I focus primarily on getting traffic that leads to conversions - traffic where the intent matches the offer.
I have experience with international SEO as well.
CRO
I always think about the conversion rate first and foremost - it ties in with marketing, SEO, the product, copywriting, pricing, and more.
I've gone through transforming poorly performing small ecommerce stores by improving their conversion by 300-500%+ by going through the basic pillars of what converts well and testing it against the audience. Even for well established websites, through some iterations over a period of 3-6 months, it's been possible to bring up the conversion up by 30 to 50%.
If you're interested in this - I will have a book (not a bridge!) to sell you later this year.
Analytics
I believe in data-driven decision making, while carefully taking into account all the key integral parts that make the product unique.
However, choosing the right metrics and knowing when they matter is only half the battle.
I've run various A/B and iterative tests to find what performs better. It's one of the rare ways to make a completely informed decision of what works and what doesn't.
I can help to identify what to look at within any given context, and how to set up reporting so you can track things over time.
Customer experience
Customer experience is arguably the most important aspect of your product. It leads to happy customers, more word-of-mouth marketing, social proof, and repeat sales.
From the moment they interact with your brand for the first time, through the journey on your website, to the buying decision, and then later receiving confirmation that the purchase has been made, followed by "welcome email series" to introduce them to how to get the most of your product, to continuous support and good warranty/refund policy. It all matters, and I have been very focused on helping businesses to adapt their processes to better the experience. You'll be surprised how much happier the customers are, if you remove all uncertainty.
Funnels
A funnel is a technical implementation of some part of the customer experience with your brand. From cold audience, all the way to repeat sales.
If you need help with building effective funnels by leveraging all the available technology and resources at our disposal, I can help with providing insight on how to structure them to be perform well and track their performance.
Ads
Ads are an extension of many other topics I've already mentioned but it's the one smaller businesses put on the backburner. It's scary to run campaigns because you're actively putting money on the line.
I help bring clarity to what to focus on - the audience, the offer, the analytics.
Another angle I consider Ads to be very good for is research - finding what keywords it's worth ranking for with SEO by running Google Ads, and figuring out what angle for the offer resonates well by doing the same with Meta Ads and other platforms.
Ecommerce
I've worked with dozens of stores over almost a decade, and many more less directly by occasional consulting. Ranging from $0 in sales to 8-figures.
I've developed and led a team of developers to implement custom functionality and build storefronts, so I am well-versed in the technical side of Shopify development, and what's possible with the platform.
I have applied my knowledge in all the other categories I mentioned in ecommerce to improve internal processes of running the businesses, as well as lead to better customer experience and more sales.
If you need someone to guide you through the journey, this might be it.
And more
Anything else that comes to mind, it's okay to ask. I might have had some experience with it or at least can point you in the right direction where to seek help.
